Reasons
1. The Defendant, indicating the claim, holds the claim against the Plaintiff by the Seoul East Eastern District Court Decision 2019Kahap1080 decided June 19, 2019 (principal claim) and the 2019Gahap10897 decided on June 19, 2019 (Counterclaim).
On December 12, 2019, the Plaintiff deposited the full amount of the obligation pursuant to the above judgment, and the Defendant received the full amount of the deposit on December 17, 2019.
Therefore, since the defendant's claim against the plaintiff is extinguished by the above judgment, compulsory execution based on the above judgment should be dismissed.
