Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On July 4, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for a crime of intrusion upon residence at the Seoul Central District Court, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on September 6, 2013 at the Seoul Detention Center.

On March 27, 2014, around 03:40 on March 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed the Defendant’s behavior before the Victim G(63 years of age) and the Victim H(58 years of age; (b) obstructed the Defendant’s behavior; (c) she spits the Defendant’s face while threatening the Victim G with his/her shoulder-in disease; (d) she spits the Defendant’s h’s finger and chest with his/her breast; and (e) she was frighted to the victim’s face while moving from the back of the patrol with the Victim G.
C. The Defendant, around 00:30 on March 28, 2014, operated by the victim I (n, 49 years of age) located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City F.
