Punishment of the crime

At around 07:50 on November 03, 2012, the Defendant obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount of the said amount by not paying KRW 260,000 in total amount, such as the drinking value and drinking value, without the Defendant’s ability or intent to pay the drinking value within the 'D’ entertainment drinking place operated by the victim C, which is located in the Busan Seo-gu B, Busan, without the intention or intent to pay the drinking value.
