Reasons
Punishment of the crime
K, L, and M (hereinafter “NL president”) led the Defendant to commit the act of using the term “president”, and purchased nearby gas stations passing through the pipeline, and planned to prevent oil by excavating tunnels from the underground to the pipeline and connecting the oil pipelines to the oil pipelines.
