1. The Defendant’s KRW 89,325,866 for the Plaintiff and its related KRW 6% per annum from January 1, 2013 to September 16, 2015.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is an investment corporation established by Hanwon Construction Co., Ltd. to run the electrical construction business, etc. in Vietnam around 2007, and the Defendant is a Vietnam-invested corporation established by New York Co., Ltd.

B. Around 2010, Hyundai Construction Co., Ltd. entered into a construction contract with the Defendant for the construction of JWRRIOT HHOT HEL at Vietnam, and Hyundai Construction Co., Ltd. entered into a subcontract with the Defendant with respect to the electrical construction during the said construction. On November 12, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a subcontract with the Defendant on the part of the said electrical construction (hereinafter “instant construction contract”) (hereinafter “instant construction contract”).

The project owner: The name of the project owner: JW MARIOT HE PTRECT / VIENM (BP03 EM) subcontracted project: JW MARRIOT HETT HEM/VT HENM within 15 days from the date on which the order was issued to the project owner and the method of payment within 3 days from the date on which the order was issued to the project owner, and the quantity of materials within 15 days from the date on which the order was issued to the project owner and the method of payment within the limit of 15 days from the date on which the order was issued: The period of construction: the period of completion on September 21, 2010; the period of completion on June 30, 2012; the amount of the order within the limit of 31,400,000 units from the date on which the order was received from the project owner; the amount of the order and the method of payment within the limit of 15 days from the date on which the order was made;
