A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On July 3, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.320% 0.320% around July 10, 2014, and led to the road of the two-lanes in front of the Suwon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gotju Island located in the 134-ro of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the speed of about 60km along a long distance.

At all times, signal lights have been installed, so in such cases, the driver had a duty of care to reduce the speed to the person engaged in driving duties and to prevent the accident by taking well the attitude of other vehicles in the signal lights and the front door.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded without reducing speed while driving at the same direction, and found it late to stop according to the stop signal by the victim C(the age of 41) driving ahead of the same direction, and took a sudden action.

However, the part of the front part of the car driven by the defendant without avoiding the vehicle at the front part of the car driven by the defendant, and caused the victim's vehicle at the front part of the car at the victim's vehicle to be pushed down in the future and driven by the victim E(the age of 37) at the front part of the car at the victim's vehicle at the victim's age 1.0 DoOHC car at the front part.

Ultimately, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury, such as light water and nuclear escape symptoms for about four weeks, to the victim C, and suffered injury to the victim E, such as light oil and climatic salt for about two weeks, respectively.
