Details of the disposition
B (hereinafter referred to as “C students”) was enrolled in the second grade of a university, and was enrolled in the Army on December 13, 2010, and was placed in the Headquarters Support Team for the Army on February 18, 201, and was assigned to the Headquarters Support Team for the Army on February 18, 2011, and was on duty as E party-time, and committed suicide on April 10, 201 from the D-5-story toilet located in the Sincheon-siF on April 10, 201.
On March 4, 2013, the Plaintiff, the father of the deceased, filed an application for registration of a person of distinguished service to the Defendant on the ground that “the deceased’s death is directly related to national security, etc., or is not recognized as having died of sapopical words or harmful acts related to military duties or education and training” (hereinafter “instant disposition”), and the Defendant rendered a decision that the deceased’s death does not constitute the requirements for the police officer killed on duty or for the death of a disaster (hereinafter “instant disposition”).

In addition, the unit of the deceased had 14 to 15 hours work a day on the part of the deceased, and did not permit a request for a change in the assignment of the deceased, and the deceased could not engage in religious activities on the wind to work at the office on Sundays, which is a D unit officer.
