[criminal power] The Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for the crime of indecent act by compulsion at the Seoul Northern District Court on April 20, 2017, and the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Seoul Southern Prison on January 18, 2018.

1. On August 28, 2018, at around 12:02, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by towing one part of the 120,000 square meters of the market price owned by the victim C in the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Underground Parking Lot; (b) by hand, the victim’s market price attached thereto was KRW 120,000.
2. At around 16:00 on September 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) moved the victim’s 400,000 U.S. market value of the E Child Care Center located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu; and (b) took the victim’s son’s 1 hand, leading the victim’s 400,000 U.S. market value.
3. On September 19, 2018, between around 10:00 and 16:00, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by putting the victim’s market value of the E-child care center located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul on the front of the child care center; and (b) 1.80,000 won of the market value of the victim’s ownership as his/her hand.
4. Around 04:00 on September 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) taken the victim’s first floor parking lot in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, with the victim I left the victim’s first floor parking lot, and took the victim’s 600,000 color “Seri-ri” model, leading the victim to the victim’s hand

1. Larceny;
A. On September 13, 2018, around 11:52, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by towing one part of the strong fluoral car, which is equivalent to KRW 1.30,00,000, the market price of the victim’s possession before the Victim K’s House located in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu
B. On November 2, 2018, at around 09:15, the Defendant: (a) led one motor vehicle of the amount equivalent to KRW 50,000 in the market price of the victim’s ownership owned by the victim M in the first floor parking lot of the building in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan City L, and stolen the victim.
C. On November 2, 2018, around 09:22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) moved, cut, and stolen one motor vehicle, the market price of the victim’s ownership of which was set up by the victim’sO in an underground parking lot of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno River; (b) on November 2, 2018.
