1. Occurrence of liability for damages;

B. According to the above fact of recognition of liability, the defendant is liable for the damages suffered by the plaintiff due to the accident of this case as an insurer of defendant vehicle.

The following circumstances revealed in full view of the purport of the entire arguments revealed prior to the limitation of liability: at the time of the instant accident, it appears that the street lamps were not installed around the time of the instant accident, and that the company lighting did not turn on; C returned the deceased before the dormitory and returned to the tunnel near the Cheongbuk new city, and returned to the dormitory, which was the site of the instant accident.
