Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B carren vehicle.

1. On November 3, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) was under the influence of alcohol by 0.217% from blood alcohol concentration around 20:50 on November 3, 2014, and the Defendant was in the state of being able to drive normally due to shock, heavy snow snow and heavy walking, but was in the state of being unable to drive normally, on the other hand, two-lanes of the two-lane road in front of the Egypt, which is located in Asan City Pung-si, due to driving of the said vehicle.
