Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2014, the Defendant concluded a lease agreement with the victim’s agent with respect to the building on land, which is the victim E-owned 404 square meters, on May 20, 2014, with the victim’s agent G. As the building name lawsuit is proceeding on the ground of unpaid rent between the victim and the lessor, the Defendant was able to impair the victim’s reputation by using the following methods, such as displaying banner.

1. On February 2016, the Defendant paid a lessee within the electricity charge while using the electricity charge for about one year, in front of the building owned by the victim in Soyang-gu, Soyang-gu H.
