A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Criminal facts

On August 18, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in resident support at the Daegu District Court, and was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for the same crime at the Daegu High Court on December 13, 2007, and was sentenced to three years and six years of imprisonment for the same crime on April 21, 2010. On May 22, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years for imprisonment for the same crime at the same court and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daejeon District Court on April 7, 2016. On June 24, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for larceny at the Daejeon District Court’s official support for the Daejeon District Court on December 23, 2016.

On December 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance that was not set up at the victim D’s house located in the Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun; and (b) invaded on the bank; (c) committed a theft of the victims’ property from the time to December 30, 2016, by taking advantage of a booming with the market price, which is the victim’s possession in the upper half of the ship; and (d) committed a theft of the victims’ property at least seven times in total by December 30, 2016, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

As a result, the Defendant was sentenced to criminal punishment twice or more by habitually committing larceny, and again attempted to steal or steal the victims' property within three years after the execution of the punishment was completed.
