Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2016, the Defendant was living in the neighbor of the Victim B (51). On May 4, 2016, around Jinju-si around 21:20, the Defendant infringed upon the Victim’s residence against the Victim’s will, by failing to participate in the cryping of the former parking problems and entering the Victim’s house with his house, after pushing the Victim’s house into the Victim’s house and cutting the window in hand.
