Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a bicycle BCA110 V engine device.

On February 19, 2017, the Defendant driven a bicycle with a motor device at around 20:40, and proceeded by moving the c intersection at the e-mail of the e-mail at the right angle of the e-mail.

Since a crosswalk is installed at the right-way intersection, in such a case, there was a duty of care to look at whether a person engaged in driving service has a pedestrian who is walking the crosswalk and drive the crosswalk safely.
