1. The summary of the facts charged [public offering] is a person who has served as an insurance solicitor, and B is a parent of the defendant.

As the Defendant is an insurance solicitor, from July 9, 2004 to February 20, 2009, the Defendant subscribed to seven insurance products, including C Co., Ltd., with the content that the insurance amount of KRW 10,000 to KRW 60,000 per day of hospitalization is paid between the Defendant and B, and subscribed to a security insurance contract to receive an average of KRW 160,000 per day when the Defendant and B receive hospital treatment at the same time, and conspired to commit the crime of fraud by neglecting symptoms to receive the insurance money.

【Criminal Facts】

1. The Defendant alleged that the Defendant was hospitalized for 22 days from April 28, 2008 to May 19, 2008, by asserting that the Defendant was hospitalized in a hospital located in Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon, beyond the table of deposit, and suffered from the cryp of the cryp.

However, there was no need for hospital treatment since the defendant merely received drug medication and physical therapy in the above E Hospital.

Nevertheless, on May 19, 2008, as shown in attached Table 1 No. 1, 2008, the Defendant claimed insurance money from the victim C Co., Ltd. as an insured event and received KRW 3,230,000 from the victim who did not know of the fact that there was no need to be hospitalized in the above hospitalization for 22 days on May 21, 2008, including receiving KRW 3,230,000 of insurance money around April 28, 2008 to March 21, 2014 from around 10 times as described in attached Table 1, and then hospitalized in the above method from May 19, 2008 to January 8, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 87,80,000 from the victim, claiming insurance money from the victim who did not know of the circumstance, and received payment from the victim.
