A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 17, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a freight vehicle at a distance of about 2 km from the front of a mushroom storage store located in the same Myeongsan to the front of the Agricultural Cooperatives, which is located in the same Myeongsan.
