In addition, the Plaintiff changed the amount of the claim against Defendant A through an application for amendment of the purport of claim made on December 8, 2014 and a statement made on the fifth date for pleading of this case from October 27, 2014, to KRW 133,189,211, which is the sum of principal and interest as of October 27, 2014, and KRW 35,454,678, which is the principal and interest, from the date following the date of final delivery of the application for amendment of claim made on December 8, 2014 to the date of full payment. The Plaintiff changed the amount of the claim against Defendant B from December 10, 2014 to the date of full payment by 20% per annum from the date following the date of final delivery of the application for amendment of the purport of claim made on December 30, 2014 to the date of full payment (20%).
