Punishment of the crime

The defendant was an insurance solicitor, and the defendant was responsible for the debt amounting to KRW 50 million due to living expenses and operating expenses.

The defendant obtained a decision to authorize individual rehabilitation on condition that he/she will pay 1250,000 won per month by filing an application for individual rehabilitation with the court in default of his/her debt, and on this ground, maintained his/her life on the ground that he/she has retired from office as an insurance solicitor.

In the meantime, it is difficult to raise money for living expenses and repayment of debts only with the support of the surroundings and the part-time fee alone, and thus, it has caused a deadly weapon in order to force the cash of financial institutions.

On March 24, 2013, the Defendant thought that it would be easy for the Defendant to commit a crime in a small community credit cooperative rather than a bank. On the Internet search at the PC room where its trade name is unknown, the Defendant selected “D Saemaul Fund C” located in the Si of Gyeonggi-nam-si, and purchased the transition, mastk, lock, caps, caps, twitts, and so on to be used for committing a crime on the home flass located in the Young-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, and then confirmed the location of the window and the police service around March 26, 2013.

On March 27, 2013, at around 15:35, the Defendant: (a) worn Mack, locks, hats, twitts, and t-learning areas prepared in advance at “D Saemaul Fund” and took a knife to hand a deadly weapon (10.5cm in a knife length), and sent back to the victim E (E, 40 years old, F (n, 25 years old, 27 years old), G (n, n, 25 years old), and H (n, n, 25 years old); (b) had the victims unable to take part in the victim’s knife, and (c) took part in the victim’s inspection carried by the Defendant G, with a knife and a knife of cash containing money, and took part in a total of KRW 1,745,50,00 in cash.
