The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

The summary of the grounds for appeal by the defendant is too unreasonable in light of the fact that the defendant is against the defendant and is working to reach an agreement with the victim.

In light of various circumstances, such as the defendant's age, character and conduct, intelligence and environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, etc., the sentence of the court below is appropriate, and it is not unreasonable because it is excessively unreasonable, considering the following: (a) the crime of fraud in this case by deceiving the victim by deceiving the victim to obtain a loan from a financial institution; (b) the fraud amount to KRW 81,80,000; (c) the damage recovery was not made at all; and (d) the defendant's age, character and conduct, intelligence and environment; (e) the motive, means and consequence of the crime, etc.

Therefore, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
