1. The Defendant’s 42,400,000 won and the interest rate of 15% per annum from October 8, 2015 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts.
3. Pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Part of Dismissal (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda, the part demanding the payment of damages for delay exceeding 15% per annum after October 8, 2015 among the Plaintiff’s claims is dismissed.
