1.The judgment of the first instance court shall be modified upon a claim that has been modified in the proceedings and in the trial as follows:

1. Basic facts

A. (a) Standard amount of basic pay: 714,00 won per month, but the basic pay for new street cleanerss employed after the date of notification of the standard amount of budget compilation shall be 649,000 won per month, and they shall be subject to self-determination within the scope of 【10% (584,000-714,000) of basic pay in consideration of intensity of work, workload of work, etc.;

(b) Persons subject to additional charges for continuous service: A standard for organization of persons whose continuous service period exceeds one year (class 30): 23,800 won per month for continuous service year, but more than one year, but not more than two years: 23,800 won per month for continuous service: 23,800 won but not more than three years: Monthly.
