Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 25, 2015, the Defendant registered the transfer of ownership of a passenger car in his/her own name. The victim C lent KRW 7.6 million to the Defendant through D around February 25, 2015 and occupied the said passenger car as security.

On June 9, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle that was occupied by the injured party at the F underground parking lot located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, through one capital capital company.

As a result, the defendant taken his own property which was the object of the possession of others and obstructed the exercise of others' rights.
