1. The Defendant’s KRW 22,327,305 with respect to the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from December 24, 2013 to April 15, 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff’s high-performance concrete (hereinafter referred to as “HPC”) packaging HPC surface packaging is a multi-performance concrete (HPC, HPC, and HPC-form engineering processing method in the case of the construction of the school surface packaging constructed on a bridge concrete floor board. If the Plaintiff manufactures and constructs high-performance concrete (HPC, HPC, HG-form engineering-form rete) mixed with high-friendly poly-viny plastic alcohol (PVA), which is a material for inorganic compounding (Fly Ash), flash (Slash), and high-friendly polyvinyl chloride (PV), which is manufactured and constructed at a ready-mixed plant.

In connection with the existing disposal of the surface of the concrete floor board of a bridge, the existing method of shoting has been mainly applied, but the current method of shots has been newly developed and used.

A company established for the purpose of receiving orders and executing, packing, maintenance and management, etc., and the defendant is a company established for the purpose of landscaping facility construction business, reinforced concrete construction business, soil construction business, etc.

B. On May 12, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for the operation of the Working Group for the Work on the Execution of HPC Packaging (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the content as follows.

Article 2 [Rights and Duties of the Plaintiff] (1) The Plaintiff shall take charge of business, orders for construction works, and management of contracts in executing this technology.

② Before operating the working group directly operated by the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff shall execute the HPC sub-mail by utilizing the Defendant’s working group.

③ The Plaintiff has the authority to provide the Defendant with education on quality control in relation to the execution of HPC Tcom Packaging and to manage and supervise the construction work.

④ The Plaintiff may participate in the selection of materials for the highest quality of HPC production.

⑤ The Plaintiff may provide support for the quality and production of materials for a period of six months after the conclusion of this contract, and request the settlement of accounts for the subsequent support, and the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff.
