1. Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) B shall describe KRW 15,968,900 on the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and the column for “Arrears” in attached Table 2.

The main lawsuit and counterclaim are also examined.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The non-party F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "non-party F Co., Ltd.") carried out the sales business, such as 53 generation units of electric power units, with the business place of the non-party F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "non-party F Co., Ltd.") set up 15 lots of land outside Pyeongtaek-gun Group G and 15 lots of land prior to the division as its business place, and newly constructed six buildings until around 198, and thereafter,

B. On September 19, 2002, A, the father of Defendant B, purchased from the representative director of the non-party company, 52.1 square meters of the K-Ground L-A-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S

C. On March 30, 2004, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the sale on March 13, 2004, as to the land listed in [Attachment 5] Paragraph (1) of [Attachment 5] and the land of 354 square meters per Dong-gun E (hereinafter “instant land 2”).

Defendant B succeeded to the buyer’s status and paid KRW 80 million to December 13, 2004, and completed the registration of ownership preservation on a building with a single-story housing of 11.23 square meters on the first floor and 54.93 square meters on the second floor on the land of this case on December 13, 2004 (hereinafter “the first building of this case”), but did not pay the land price.

E. On July 24, 2006, the Plaintiff notified Defendant B to pay approximately KRW 5,8280,000 of the land price by August 31, 2006, because provisional attachment or mortgage on the land purchased was cancelled or cancelled. The Plaintiff’s contribution to Suwon District Court on October 20, 2006.
