1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 5,978,640,968 and KRW 2,750,00,000 among them.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 17, 2005, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with the Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) and the Alley District Savings Bank Co., Ltd. (the trade name at that time was the commercial mutual savings bank of the Co., Ltd.; hereinafter “BB”) on the apartment construction project with respect to the E apartment of 118 units with the total size of 7,607 square meters above 118 units on the ground of 118 square meters above Cheongju-gu, Seodong-gu. (hereinafter “the apartment of this case”).

The Project Agreement shall be concluded with a view to prescribing the general matters necessary for the smooth promotion of the sale project based on mutual understanding and cooperation among the defendant company, the creditor financial institutions, the plaintiff, the main agent of the apartment project, and the non-party bank, the representative office of the apartment project.

Article 3 (Duties and Obligations of Each Party) In order to facilitate the Project, the Defendant Company, the Plaintiff, and the Non-Party Bank shall faithfully perform the following duties and obligations:

1. Duties and duties of the defendant company;

(a) Sale in lots and administrative affairs related to multi-family housing development projects under Article 2 with the Plaintiff’s loans;

D. Repayment of principal and interest of loans to plaintiffs related to this business;

(f) Obligations and responsibilities to entrust security trust (including management and disposal trust) for unsold goods in lots to a person designated by the weekly company;

(g) Delegation of the management of funds, such as loans and agreements, to the non-party bank;

2. The plaintiff's duties and duties;

(a) Lending the project costs required for the project to Defendant A;

(b) The terms and conditions of the Plaintiff’s loan to the Defendant Company are as follows: (1) The Defendant Company; (2) the amount of loan: KRW 2.5 billion. (3) The period of loan and interest rate: 12% per annum per 12 months (24%).

3. The business and duties of the non-party bank

A. In the event of the Defendant Company’s default on obligations, the acquisition of principal and interest on the Defendant Company’s obligation to the Plaintiff (hereinafter “Agreement on the Acceptance of Principal and Interest on Obligations

B. The defendant company as a main agent.
