1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) paid KRW 60,966,708 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and its amount from February 26, 2015 to April 8, 2016.
Reasons
Basic Facts
The parties-related Plaintiff is a company engaged in software development, indoor construction, and medical device leasing and selling business, and the Defendant operated dental services with the trade name “D” from the 11th floor of Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C building (hereinafter “instant building”).
The non-party E, following the conclusion of the instant club business contract, etc., was operating dental services with the trade name “D” in Gangnam-gu Seoul. However, the Defendant, who was working in the above D, was discussed with the Defendant on the way to operate D’s “D” on the F bank.
Since then, the defendant, on March 2, 2010, as to the plaintiff company whose wife was working as the representative director at the time (the later representative director was changed to G) and the defendant's "D name store (the later name, the subsequent D name store, the trade name of the defendant; hereinafter the "D name store")" as to the plaintiff company whose wife was working as the representative director at the time, and the defendant's "D name store" as of March 2, 2010.

8. Authorization and permission to establish medical institutions: Procedures, etc. for the Gu office, public health center, Corporation, or change of use.
