Punishment of the crime

On April 18, 2018, around 14:40 on April 18, 2018, the Defendant, in front of the Seocho-gu Seoul apartment management office, her fested the victim C (57 years of age) who is the above apartment security guard, “I will not accept a cut-off period, and will not make compensation for damage with compensation.” The Defendant, in turn, inflicted an injury on the victim, such as her fluenium and tension, requiring approximately three weeks of medical treatment.
