A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 17, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Suwon Friwon, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 17, 2017.

1. On May 23, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a B-ho vehicle at a section of about 11 km from the 11km to the front of the road, which is located in the B-ho road near the B-ho-dong in the front of the same city, without obtaining a driver’s license, on May 14:20, 201.

When the Defendant terminated the contract, the Defendant demanded the victim to pay the amount of wages and equipment for workers who worked at the construction site of this case on April 2016, but the victim would not pay the amount.

In collusion with F, G and F who worked as a work worker at the site of this case, we had the mind to interfere with the construction work by finding it at the new construction site of a fence by force.

A. On May 27, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime at the construction site of this case from around 06:30 on May 27, 2016 to 08:30 on May 27, 2016, and on the part of the employees working, the Defendant was at the construction site of this case.

C. F and G interfered with the access of the parts by installing a plastic strings around the site of the instant construction project by causing the parts to stop the work, leaving them out of the site, and installing a string to be used as a safety belt at the construction site by letting F and G interfered with the access of the parts by installing a plastic string around the site of the instant construction project.

The Defendant continued to set up a Hchip car owned G at the entrance of the road, which serves as an access road to the instant construction site, at the construction site of this case.
