Punishment of the crime

At around 23:50 on October 29, 2014, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car at the section of about 100 meters from the 100-meter away from the front of a restaurant that overlaps with 0.143% of blood alcohol concentration in Gwangju Mine-gu to the front of the Mining Council, around 23:54 on the same day.
