Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is in the street point that sees the subject matter from the North Korean bathing beach, and the victim B is affiliated with C of the North Korean Port Office of the North Korean Port.

On October 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 19:25, around 19:19:25, on the street side of the “F cafeteria located in North-gu E”, the Defendant reported the victim’s own street carpet; and (b) caused the victim to remove the tent installed on India and remove the tent, which is located on the right side of India; (c) provided the victim’s sagnibane one-time medical treatment for approximately one week on the right side.
