Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2016, around 23:02, the Defendant driven approximately 200 meters of alcohol content from the front side of the Sinpo apartment road of the Sinpo City in the front of the Korea Fisheries Office to the front side of the Korea Fisheries Office, as a place of detection, on May 12, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.187% of alcohol content during blood (equipment measurement).
