1. On March 18, 2016, around 11:45, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance at approximately 2.5 km section from the 7 Hannam University-dong University to the 42 mphere of 42 degrees from the 11:5m of the 201st century to the 42nd mphere of the 42th mphere.
