On August 14, 2016, the Defendant driven B car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.057% alcohol concentration in blood at approximately 6km from the front side of the elementary school of Bodon-gun to the front side of the Egypt-don-si, Bodon-gun, Godon-do around 23:29 on August 14, 2016.
