1. Compulsory execution against the Plaintiff by the Defendant based on the Busan District Court Decision 2015Da69068 Decided January 12, 2016.

1. According to each of the evidence of this case as to the cause of the claim, the defendant filed a lawsuit claiming damages against the plaintiff and C around June 12, 2015. The court rendered a judgment that "the plaintiff shall pay interest of 20% per annum from June 26, 2015 to September 30, 2015, and interest rate of 15% per annum from the next day to September 30, 2015 (hereinafter "the judgment of this case"). Since the above judgment becomes final and conclusive on March 3, 2016, the plaintiff shall deposit the defendant with the court on March 17, 2016, and the court shall not recognize the principal and interest rate of 5% per annum from June 26, 2015 to September 30, 2015 (the above judgment of this case) to 30% per annum 15% per annum 205% per annum, 205% per annum 205% per annum, 205% per annum 205% per annum

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim seeking the exclusion of the executory power of the judgment of this case is justified.

2. If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition by ordering ex officio suspension of compulsory execution based on the payment order of this case pursuant to Articles 47 (1) and 46 of the Civil Execution Act.
