Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 16, 2014, at around 22:17, the Defendant is driving a rocketing car owned by the Defendant in the state of alcohol of approximately 200 meters from the street in front of a restaurant in the Republic of Korea to the street in front of the Sinnam-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, with a blood alcohol content of 0.142%.
