A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around February 2, 2017 to March 3, 2017, the Defendant came to arbitrarily manage the real estate owned by B as “a method that pretends that the Defendant has the right to manage the real estate owned by B on behalf of B” and “a method that pretends that the Defendant has the right to manage the real estate owned by B”.
1. Forgery of private documents;
A. On February 1 to 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) sold “Agreement” in the form of “B” in the form of “B in the form of “B” in the form of “B” in the form of “B” in the form of “B”; and (b) purchased and sold real estate at KRW 35,000,000 ( KRW 350,000), and the lease relationship is confirmed to have been KRW 300,000 ( KRW 100,000, KRW 202: KRW 50,000, KRW 301: KRW 38,000,000; KRW 50,000, KRW 500,000; KRW 55,000,000; and KRW 178,000,000; and (c) concluded a lease agreement with KRW 178,00,000; and
2. The buyer, by September 30, 2018, decides to jointly manage the lease, maintenance, and repair in the capacity of his/her agent by the date of the transfer of the title, and to pay the seller the balance of KRW 172,000,000 to the seller by the date of the said agreement and to transfer the ownership after full payment.

3. The seller shall cooperate in preparing a proxy form accompanied by his/her seal imprint when the lessee changes, and deliver the passbook and seal to the buyer, and the buyer shall bear all the expenses incurred in operating the real estate;

4. At the time of winning a lawsuit, the amount to be recovered shall be owned by the buyer and the seller shall actively cooperate in the lawsuit, and all other necessary matters shall be decided under mutual cooperation from time to time and shall be observed in good faith.

5. Penalty for the destruction and breach of a contract shall be the amount equivalent to 10% of the statutory contract, and the competent court shall be the Gwangju District Court.
The entry "C" shall be made in the name of B entered by the seller of the above agreement.
