A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 16, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children’s Juveniles from Sexual Abuse (voluntary indecent act) committed an indecent act by: (a) having the victim walked with Epoter II on the roads front of the Dposium located in the Dapo-gun, North Chang-gun, North Korea on March 16, 2017; (b) having the victim walked with the victim who attempted to be married with the victim, forced the victim to commit an indecent act by forcing him/her to commit an indecent act by forcing him/her; (c) having the victim go to the school; and (d) having the victim walked with his/her left hand; and (d) having the victim go against the victim’s hand by taking the victim’s hand with his/her hand, and forced him/her to take the victim’s hand over by force.

2. On March 16, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving the freight vehicles listed in paragraph (1) at a section of about 50km from the front of the landscape gardening to the dwelling of the Defendant located in the Gosk-gun G, Gosk-gun, Gosk-gun, Gosk-gun, Gosk-gun, Gos-gun, Gosk-gun, Gosk-gun, Gosk-gun, Gosk-gun, Gosk-gun, Gosk-gun
