Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a karaoke machine business operator who operates a “Cinging machine” on the B and the2nd floor of an official week.

No karaoke machine business operator shall sell or provide alcoholic beverages, or employ or arrange a loan for entertainment.

Nevertheless, at around 21:45 on February 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received 3,000 won per cans of beer; (b) sold 3 cans of beer; (c) received 30,000 won per hour, and (d) assisted E to provide entertainment by drinking together with the said customer and singing.

1. Articles 70 (1) and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;

It is so decided as per Disposition in consideration of the following: (a) the Defendant has no record of committing the crime of the same kind; (b) the Defendant has been subject to an administrative disposition due to the instant crime; (c) although there is confession with the sale of alcoholic beverages; (d) the nature of the crime has been bad; and (e) whether it is contrary to the consistent attitude to criticize the reporter.
