A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A and Defendant C, who became aware of the fact that they were delivered at the same restaurant from August 2018 to October 201, respectively.

A and Defendant C received a proposal on March 4, 2019, stating that “A and Defendant C shall deliver money to China from an employee of the Singinging Team (hereinafter “C team leader”) in the name of the Republic of Korea, and the person working for the work may flee by giving money to two persons. One person shall be in fact ad hoc, and the remaining one shall serve as a security at a hotel with China in order to ensure that the other person does not flee with money.” On the other hand, Defendant A shall be waiting for and play a security role in the hotel in China. On the other hand, Defendant A shall receive money from many unspecified victims in the Republic of Korea and deliver it to the side of the aforementioned name boxes, and Defendant C shall leave China to distribute each of the above roles to the local hotel in order to ensure that the other person does not flee.”

Defendant A’s criminal act (facing of an official document, forgery of a forged official document) and accordingly, Defendant A sent a document file containing “the Chairman of the Financial Services Commission” to an e-mail at around 10:21 on March 12, 2019, and then printed 10 copies of the document files at the close of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Area, namely, “a civil petition tracking a financial crime account,” under the title “a civil petition tracking a financial crime account,” “the Financial Services Commission shall track the account of the large passbook and illegal funds by tracking the account at his own financial level, and (a) shall safely restore the original state after tracking and supervising his financial assets.” The document files containing “the Chairman of the Financial Services Commission of the Financial Services Commission of the Republic of Korea” were sent to the e-mail, and then printed them in 10 copies of the document files at the mutually French point near Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Area.

In addition, Defendant A, according to the direction of the above-mentioned person, found on March 12, 2019 around 13:08, in front of Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul, as the financial authority is the person concerned, conducts a false act as if he was the person concerned.
