1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,112,100 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 17, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

The fact that the Defendant did not pay management expenses from May 2015 to March 2016 and the late payment charges are 22,112,100, there is no dispute between the parties.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 22,112,100 won and damages for delay calculated by the rate of 15% per annum from May 17, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is clear that the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the defendant.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
