Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a merchant selling eggs in Asan City, is the chairperson of the D Merchant Association, and the victim E, as a general manager of the D Merchant Association, has conflicting opinions with each other in relation to the operation of the D Merchant Association. The Defendant:

On October 9, 2012, around 09:30, there were customers, such as F, G, H, I, J, etc. within the said D, the victim publicly insultingd the victim “F, G, H, I, J, etc., for the same year as the weather year, and 300,000 won.”
