1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 as well as 12% per annum from August 1, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire pleadings, evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the Plaintiff lent KRW 400 million to the Defendant on December 29, 201 without fixing the due date for repayment, and the Defendant is obligated to pay interest of KRW 200 million on or around May 14, 2012, and to pay interest on the above loan at 12% per annum among the Plaintiff and the Defendant around April 2012. Meanwhile, the Plaintiff is a person who received interest on the above loan by July 31, 2014, and the Plaintiff is a person who received interest on the above loan by July 31, 2014. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the interest of KRW 20 million (=40 million - 200 million) and damages for delay at 12% per annum from August 1, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
