A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant does not have any intention or ability to complete payment, even if he/she borrows money from the victims under the pretext of transportation expenses, etc.
1. On January 1, 2015, at around 18:00 on the first day of the mid-to-date, the victim D’s “E” operated by the victim D in Seopo-si, Seopopopopo-si, and makes a false statement that “E will purchase an interest amount of KRW 2 million,000,000,000, and it will enter into the city of Jeju and return 30,000,000 to the account with this payment value, because there is no transportation cost.”
2. On February 1, 2015, the victim G in Seopopo City F entered the “H” household store operated by the victim G in Seopo City F, Seopo City on February 1, 2015, in return for the estimate of the household and doing so as to purchase it as if it were to purchase it; and “I will complete payment if the bus costs were to have been lent 5,000 won at the bus expense, whichever is then received from the victim, i.e., e., KRW 5,000;
3. On February 2, 2015, the victim I entered the “J” operated by the victim I in Seopo-si F at around 14:00 on the first day of the second day of Seopo-si in order to purchase the bones of horses equivalent to KRW 1.3 million, and falsely concluding that “I will pay 40,000 won as transportation expenses back to the house located at Jeju,” and receive 40,000 won in cash from the victim’s seat.
4. On April 7, 2015, around 13:00, the victim M who operates a Korean-style farm in the vicinity of the L Elementary School located in K at Seopopopo City of Seopopoposi, introduced him as a construction business operator, and made a false representation that he/she would purchase Korean-style and Yaecheon, etc., and “on the face of 50,000 won, he/she will deposit 50,000 won in the account, along with the wnish value, if he/she borrowed 50,000 won.”
5. On May 4, 2015, around 14:40 to 15:00, the victim N in Seopo-si F entered the “O department” operated by the victim N in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, and was introduced through a bscoper.
