1. The defendant shall pay 80,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 10% per month from June 16, 2005 to June 29, 2007.

1. Indication of claim: on April 15, 2005, the plaintiff set the interest of KRW 80,000,000 to the defendant as 10% per month and the due date on June 15, 2005.

The Plaintiff filed a claim against the Defendant for a loan with Seoul Northern District Court Decision 2006Kadan89081, and on May 9, 2008, the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 2008, 208, “The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 80,000,000 and interest calculated at the rate of 10% per annum from June 16, 2005 to June 29, 2007, and 30% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.”

2. Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act, Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).

3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 80,000,000 won with 10% per annum from June 16, 2005 to June 29, 2007 and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment. Thus, it is so decided as per Disposition.
