1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant)

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On September 20, 2007, the Plaintiff is a democratic industrial development company (hereinafter “ democratic industrial development”) on September 20, 2007.
