The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (unfair sentencing) by the court below is too unreasonable (two years and six months of imprisonment).

2. It is recognized that the Defendant recognized his mistake and reflected his mistake, and that the benefits acquired by the Defendant appears to be rarely nonexistent due to the instant crime.

However, the crime of this case was committed by the Defendant in collusion with other accomplices, and acquired property through the credit card under the name of another person. The Defendant committed the crime of this case in a systematic and secret manner against many unspecified victims by sharing the roles with other accomplices. In particular, the crime of forging another person's credit card under the name of another person is a crime which seriously damages the stability of electronic financial transactions. Although the amount of damage is reasonable, damage is not recovered to the injured party and there is no way to find any effort to recover damage. In addition, considering the fact that the Defendant committed the crime of this case, even though he had committed a repeated crime due to the crime of fraud in the judgment of the court below and had been punished several times due to the same kind of crime, the Defendant committed the crime of this case. In addition, considering the fact that there was no special circumstance or circumstance that can be newly considered in sentencing after the sentence of the court below, the Defendant's age, sex, environment, motive and method of the crime, motive and method of the crime, etc., and the circumstances that were too unfair sentencing and the records, it cannot be acknowledged.

3. The appeal by the defendant is dismissed in accordance with Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the appeal by the defendant is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
