Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 10:25 on April 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) found the victim D (at the age of 23) around the elevator in front of the Fdong of the Fdong C Building F.
