A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 12, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million on January 2, 2012 with fines of KRW 2 million due to the same offense, etc. in the above court on October 7, 2015, and KRW 5 million due to the same offense, etc. in the above court on February 12, 2007.
Criminal facts
1. On March 26, 2016, the Defendant was driving a BIT Oral Sea with alcohol concentration of about 0.205% in the 2km section from the front of the Gwangjin-dong, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si to the roads adjacent to the National Assembly in the same city, Kimcheon-si, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol leveling from around 15:05 on March 26, 2016 without a motor device license.
2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act operated the above Oral Ba which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
On February 12, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million with fines of KRW 2 million with the same offense, etc. in the same court on January 2, 2012, and issued a fine of KRW 5 million with the same offense in the same court on October 7, 2015, and was not detained for the same offense in the same court on April 28, 2016.
Although Defendant had driven drinking more than twice as above, on June 26, 2016, at around 16:00, Defendant 1 driven a bicycle 110 engine device that was not subscribed to the mandatory insurance owned by Defendant B, CA 110 engine device, without obtaining a motor device driver’s license from the front of the restaurant at around 16:0,00, to the front of the restaurant at around 165 km-ro 16:126% of alcohol in blood, without obtaining a motor device bicycle driver’s license from the front of the restaurant at around 3km-ro.
