【Criminal Facts】

On August 18, 2019, at around 05:17, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 0.197%, and the Defendant was driving a DNA-si car at the section of approximately 2 km from the roads near the station in the same city and located in C in the same city from the vicinity of the open screen gate in the city of the Kimhae-si to the roads in the same city.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
