A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 10, 2016, the Defendant driven a DNA cargo vehicle from around 500 meters to the direction of the head of the Si/Gun/Dong, which was located in the direction of the head of the Si/Gun/Gu, at around 10:40, in the direction of the head of the Si/Gun/Gu, in the direction of the head of the Si/Gun/Gu.
